Randy Doleman
Executive Director
With over 20 years of experience, Randy combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise to drive impactful change here at Bridgewood Farms.
For Randy, this is more than just a job. Growing up with a special needs brother instilled in Randy a deep, personal commitment to advocating for the disabled community. He carries this dedication into his family life, where he and his wife Brandi are devoted parents to five children, two of whom have special needs.
His unwavering commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive communities is reflected in every aspect of his professional and personal life.
Imani Dennis
Director of Program Operations
With a degree in Business Management from Stephen F. Austin State University, Imani began her career teaching high school for three years before moving into the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) field. She spent the next three years with another ISS day program, finishing as Co-Day Program and Transportation Manager.
At Bridgewood Farms, she oversees program planning, coordination, and delivery, focusing on quality, staff support, and enriching experiences for participants. Her mission is to serve the community with dedication and compassion, helping Bridgewood Farms grow and flourish.
