DAY PROGRAM
The day program at Bridgewood Farms offers engaging curriculum, intentional activities, and endless opportunities to enjoy growing with others.
Our day program creates opportunities for clients to grow in knowledge, expression, and interaction. It’s not just helpful, it’s fun!
With on-campus activities and classes rotating every four months, we are continually adding to the list of skills, passions, and hobbies for our clients to explore. Below is a sample of our 2025 Fall

Goal Tracking
We provide daily notes and documentation to help ensure that each client is on the right track in achieving their goals and that families stay informed along the way.

Days at Bridgewood are filled with fun and revolving classes, exciting outings, peer socialization, vocation training and more. All activities are designed to teach and develop while ensuring a good time is had!

THE GROVE
SPECIALIZED DAY PROGRAM
The Grove is a new and specialized program for individualize that thrive in smaller, less stimulating environments. With a focus on daily life skills and more focused socialization, The Grove is perfect for clients with a higher level of need.
With 1:4 staff to client ratio, clients get the attention and focus they need to grow!
The Grove operates in tandem with our regular day program. While we utilize many of the same spaces, we plan unique outings and activities for The Grove participants.
This program does have a different cost for participation. Please inquire if you’re interested in learning more.
SKILLS + GOALS
The curriculum and pace of The Grove is different than our main day program. This is intentional. Each Grove group consists of 4 clients with unique needs and varying abilities, therefore each Grove group is different.
While we maintain a similar schedule and framework amongst groups, we focus on ways to help develop skills and reach growth goals within the small group setting.
OUTINGS + EVENTS
Our Grove clients love being active and involved in Conroe and beyond. We have weekly outings that encourage socialization, service, and community!
SAFE + SOUND
In addition to close oversight by staff, our Grove clients will learn together in safe and less stimulating settings, allowing them to be calm and focused. Clients are accompanied at all times, on and off campus.
DETAILED NOTES
With the smaller environment comes more opportuntiy to observe behaviors, triggers, successes, and achievement. The Grove provides throrough daily notes that can help families in a variety of ways and ensures we track what’s important.
UNIQUE LEARNING
Everyone learns and expresses themself differently. The Grove allows us to focus on unique learning styles and ensure we are helping each client grow – their own way.
TRIPS + ACTIVITIES
We want to have fun as we learn so The Grove participants will get to have trips and outings tailored to them, creating opportunities that encourage growth in knowledge, expression, and interaction.
