BRIDGEWOOD HOMES
There is an urgent need for quality residential options for adults living with IDD. Bridgewood Farms currently owns and operates 4 homes, serving 12 clients, with goals to exponentially expand our community. We are exploring ways to begin new constuction on independent living and supported living homes as soon as possilbe.

Our family-style houses offer a warm, supportive environment where residents live, learn, and grow together. From cooking meals and enjoying game nights to going on outings and celebrating milestones, life here is active, connected, and full of friendship. Each home is staffed by caring team members who provide the right balance of independence and support, making every day safe, engaging, and meaningful.

Homes are staffed with constant and vetted caregivers who also live at the residence. This helps us foster a family environment while providing continuity of care to our residents.

Each resident enjoys their own bedroom and bathroom, along with amenities like high-speed wifi, cable and streaming services, and more. They also have plenty of opportunities to unplug and enjoy the outdoors on our 60 acres.
everyday support
From doctor appointments to laundry and everything between, Bridgewood Homes caregivers are available to help when needed, as needed.
CONSISTENT CARE
Bridgewood Homes residents have support and oversight both at the home and at the day program. We utilize the same reporting systems and information to ensure we provide holistic care day and night.
