THE ADMISSIONS PROCESS

We are grateful that you’re considering Bridgewood Farms for your loved one. We do our best to make the admissions process as easy, thorough, and expedited as possible. Take a look below to understand the steps for enrolling at Bridgewood. Our goal is to give you helpful information, ensure a good fit, and answer any questions you may have along the way.
1. Learn about our program.
Bridgewood Farms offers day habilitation services as well as residential services.
We work with your schedule by allowing you to choose the frequency of services and number of outings your loved one may participate in. While most of our clients attend Bridgewood five days a week, we do have others attend fewer days.
Our dayhab program features activities that promote community engagement, stimulate creativity, encourage physical wellness, and help our clients grow in their daily living skills.
2. Schedule a tour.
We’d love to show you around our campus and get to know you and your loved one more. We provide guided tours and admissions meetings on Mondays and Fridays of each week.

3. Complete Necessary Forms
In order to get services started, we will need to collect some additional information from you. We know this part may sound intimidating but we promise to make it painless and ensure we get everything needed to start services.
4. Choose your start date!
Upon receiving your application and information, we will work with you to determine a start date, review initial growth goals, and be sure everything is ready for an exciting season of growth!
