WHAT DO WE OFFER?
Bridgewood Farms offers a continuum of care (day programs, specialized support, and residential services) empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to learn, grow, and thrive. Each service works hand-in-hand to build skills, foster independence, and create a strong sense of belonging.
OUR VALUES
We grow in our creativity.
It’s been said that those who face challenges are often the most creative. At Bridgewood Farms, creativity isn’t just about art; it’s about discovering new ways to express ourselves, solve problems, and explore the world around us. From painting and music to gardening and hands-on projects, our participants have endless opportunities to try new things and develop talents they didn’t even know they had.
We serve within our community.
We love being out and about, not just for entertainment but to also give back . Whether it’s volunteering, participating in local events, or sharing our skills with neighbors, our participants are active contributors to the community they live in. Serving others builds confidence, connection, and pride as we make a difference, together.
We celebrate what we can do.
Instead of focusing on limitations, we shine a spotlight on strengths. Every accomplishment, big or small, is recognized and celebrated, creating a culture where abilities are valued and potential is limitless. At Bridgewood Farms, we cheer each other on every step of the way.
THE FARM // DAY PROGRAM
Our Day Program is the heart of Bridgewood Farms; a vibrant community where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities build skills, friendships, and confidence.
Through hands-on activities in knowledge, expression, and interaction, participants explore interests, develop life skills, and engage in meaningful social opportunities. Each day is designed to encourage growth, independence, and joy in a safe, supportive environment.
THE GROVE // DAY PROGRAM
The Grove is a smaller, more personalized program at Bridgewood Farms for individuals with higher support needs.
With a 1:4 staff-to-client ratio and a low-stimulation environment, The Grove provides the structure, patience, and encouragement each person needs to thrive. Participants enjoy a tailored schedule with outings, sensory-friendly activities, and skill-building experiences; all while benefiting from the warmth of a close-knit group.
BRIDGEWOOD HOMES
Bridgewood Farms’ Residential Program offers a safe, welcoming home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Our residences provide the right balance of independence and support; helping residents develop daily living skills, participate in community life, and build lasting friendships. Each home is staffed by caring professionals who ensure that every resident feels valued, respected, and loved and ensures that guardians and family members stay informed about all that’s going on.
